Competitive Exam Cell Completed it's one year So, Competitive Exam Conclave was organized on 28th and 29th of April 2023 At JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering.

Competitive Exam Conclave has been inaugurated by our esteemed Chief Guest, Dr. Ravi Joshi , Director JSPM Group. His presence has added immense value to the event and we are grateful for his guidance.

During the inauguration, Dr. Ravi Joshi unveiled the magazine "Shakti" and the code of conduct "Nitishastra" of the Competitive Exam Cell. Magazine consist of report of all activities, visits, sources developed , achievements in the whole year and future planned activities. On the other hand, "Nitishastra" is the code of conduct of CEC. It is the guidelines and a set of ethical standards that the members of team must adhere to while working in team.

Aspirants always have number of doubt related to exam ,self which where covered in Competitive Exam Round Table. To get the guidance on discussed problems during round table we arranged expert talk 'Competitive Exam : KSA' by Dr. Anurag Singh. There he explained how syllabus of any competitive exam is linked with aspirants. Also he stated that wherever you wish or aims to work, you must visit that place.

On day 2 of the competitive exam conclave, different activities were conducted with the purpose of bringing students together from various backgrounds to engage in discussions focused on competitive exam preparation and to develop OLQ's.

Starting with 1st Activity PPDT (picture perception & discussion test) which is an important element of SSB interview process was conducted. Here different perspectives of a similar picture were highlighted. Also, one of the students Shubham Mahajan who recently appeared for SSB interview process guided on same to all participants.

Followed by this 2nd activity SRT (Situation Reaction Test) which is also an important element of SSB interview process was conducted. Here the ability of an individual to react to a particular situation was highlighted.

After that 3rd activity Debate was held in continuation where different topics were covered and both sides of topic were understood. This debate was judged by a panel of 2 judges. At the end judges given feedbacks and shared their experience.

We had Dr. P.P Vitkar as Chief guest who is having experience of 60 years in field of education, for valedictory ceremony of Competitive Exam Conclave. His guidance and expertise have been invaluable to all the participants. Prizes were distributed by our chief guest to all winners of different activities conducted in the conclave.
